Nestled within the Creekside RnR estate in Cocagne, New Brunswick, our doors have officially opened — and this summer, we're inviting you to come experience it for yourself. The forest is ready. The warmth is waiting. And so are we.

Born from the Forest, Built for You

Nordique de la Vie was born from a simple but powerful belief: that true rest is not a luxury — it is a necessity. Founded by Angele and Dan Miller, our wellness sanctuary was shaped by years of passion for holistic health, Nordic tradition, and the healing power of nature. It was also shaped by New Brunswick itself — its birch forests, its summer sky, its particular way of slowing everything down.

What started as a vision for a place where guests could genuinely unplug has become a full, living experience — a thermal spa, a ritual space, a sanctuary — rooted in the forest just outside Moncton, accessible to everyone who needs to breathe a little deeper.

Our geodesic glass dome is one of the first things guests notice — a striking, mirrored structure that seems to belong both to the future and to the earth beneath it. Inside, you're wrapped in light, cloud reflections, and a quiet that feels earned. Whether you're sipping a glass of wine in the afternoon light or simply sitting still, the dome has a way of reminding you that you've arrived somewhere special.

Heat, Cold, Rest. Repeat.

At the heart of Nordique de la Vie is the Nordic thermal circuit — one of the most ancient and scientifically validated wellness practices in the world. The principle is beautifully simple: alternate between heat and cold, rest, and repeat.

Our sauna is built from cedar and pine, lined with warm LED lighting that turns every session into a meditation. The heat is deep, dry, and immersive — the kind that melts away a week's worth of tension in the first twenty minutes.

After the sauna comes the cold — and it is here that the thermal circuit reveals its real power. The contrast between heat and cold triggers a cascade of physiological benefits: improved circulation, reduced inflammation, elevated mood, better sleep.

Then: rest. In our relaxation lounge, in a rattan daybed under the open sky, or in the calm of a sunlit deck chair, wrapped in a robe with a warm cup in hand. The circuit asks nothing of you except presence — and it gives back in full measure.

Between treatments and thermal cycles, the grounds of Nordique de la Vie invite you to linger. Our rattan daybeds catch the afternoon sun perfectly. The outdoor terraces are surrounded by birch and evergreen. LeCreek Restaurant is steps away, offering healthy meals, coffee, and brunch.

We are open seven days a week, from 9 AM to 9 PM. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a returning regular, every visit begins the same way: you breathe in, you slow down, and for a while, everything else waits.
