Our signature Nordic experience. Alternate between our red cedar sauna, cold plunge pool, cold bucket shower, and three large cedar hot tubs — repeating the cycle to unlock powerful benefits for circulation, muscle recovery, mental clarity, and deep relaxation. Available as a 6-hour open visit or a private 3-hour booking.
