Inspired by centuries of Scandinavian wellness tradition, our thermal circuit guides you through a carefully curated sequence of heat, cold, and rest—a ritual that leaves you feeling genuinely renewed, not just relaxed. 

 

There is no schedule to follow and no timer counting down your experience. Arrive when you’re ready, move through the circuit at your own pace, and stay as long as you wish during operating hours. This is your day to unwind, reconnect, and simply be.

 

 Your experience begins the moment you arrive.

 

 Step into our stunning glass-enclosed thermal pavilion, where natural light pours through floor-to-ceiling windows and the surrounding forest becomes part of the experience itself. Inside, you’ll find our signature hot and cold pools—architecturally designed with slate tile and river stone—inviting you to alternate between warmth and cold plunge in the way Nordic bathers have done for generations. This contrast therapy is not only beautiful; it’s deeply restorative, improving circulation, easing muscle tension, reducing stress, and awakening every sense. 

 

 When the heat calls, retreat to our cedar sauna. Warm, aromatic, and beautifully crafted, it’s the kind of space where time slows down and conversation either deepens or disappears entirely—both are welcome here. 

 

 Step outside and the experience continues. 

 

Gather around one of our fire pits surrounded by Adirondack chairs, wrapped in your robe beneath the New Brunswick sky. Settle into one of our handwoven cocoon loungers under the covered terrace—the kind of seat you sink into and genuinely don’t want to leave. Stretch out in a hammock, listen to the sounds of nature, and let the day unfold exactly as it should. 

 

 For those who wish to linger even longer, our mirror geodesic dome offers a one-of-a-kind setting—a reflective glass sanctuary nestled into the landscape where you can sit, sip, read, reflect, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. What makes the Nordic ritual so powerful is not the heat or the cold alone—it’s the pause between them. The moments of stillness.

The Full Thermal Circuit includes full access to all indoor and outdoor thermal facilities and is available for individuals, couples, and groups of up to 20 guests. Enhance your experience with optional wellness services including red light therapy, lymphatic drainage, Vitamin IV infusions, massage treatments, and other restorative offerings available at the time of booking.
