By booking a stay with Creekside RnR Glamping, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily using the accommodations, on-site facilities, and any amenities at your own risk. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their party during their stay.

On-Site Facilities

• Use of wellness areas, pools, Nordic spa, hiking trails, and other resort amenities is at the guest’s own risk.

• Guests must follow all safety instructions, posted guidelines, and staff directions while on the property.

• The resort is not liable for accidents, injuries, or health issues arising from participation in recreational or wellness activities.

In-Unit Accommodation

• Guests are responsible for the care of the unit and any items inside. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in charges.

• Creekside RnR Glamping is not liable for theft, loss, or damage of personal belongings.

• Smoking, pets, or prohibited activities in units must comply with the resort’s rules; violations may result in additional fees or eviction.

Health & Safety

• Guests with medical conditions or physical limitations should consult a physician before using wellness or recreational amenities.

• Guests are responsible for notifying staff of any special needs, allergies, or limitations prior to using facilities.

Reservation & Cancellation

• Booking confirmation constitutes acceptance of all resort terms, including this disclaimer.

• Cancellation and refund policies are as stated at the time of booking and may vary depending on unit type, season, or package.
